It’s combined by OSB (Oriented Strand Board, some kind of wood material) sandwich panels, exterior is OSB panel, and insulated core is EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) or PU (Polyurethane). OSB is good in insulated and pop construction materials nowadays. It’s environmental; the content of formaldehyde in OSB is very low, even none.

 

With the advantages of energy saving, durable, solid, light weight, aseismatic, low cost and easy to build & maintain, SIPS house is very popular in all over the world.

 

We prefabricate the OSB panels according to the house design and structure; make them into piece to piece, pack in CKD (completely knocked down) and then transport to the destination to assemble together with other construction materials, such as screws, nails, cement, bricks, wood, ceramic and so on.

 

Decoration on SIPS house can be simple and also be luxury. It depends on clients’ requirement. Some are just jointed together by OSB panels only, no painting and decoration at all. Some are very luxury, with beautiful painting and noblest decoration inside.
